Out 'N In Bins (outninbins.com) is an independently owned and operated curbside concierge service. Out 'N In Bins is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with In-N-Out Burgers, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. Furthermore, Out 'N In Bins is a private customer concierge service and is not the municipal waste franchisee (Republic Services).
1. Service Scope & Deliverables
Out 'N In Bins provides residential curbside can valet services. Under our recurring plans and temporary passes, our service representatives agree to:
- Move designated municipal solid waste and recycling containers from their designated storage area on your property to the curbside for collection between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM the evening prior to scheduled municipal pickup.
- Return designated containers from the curb back to their designated storage location between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM following municipal collection.
- Provide photographic confirmation of returned containers upon completion of the route.
2. Property Access License
By subscribing to our services or purchasing a service pass, you grant Out 'N In Bins and its authorized field runners a revocable, limited license to access the exterior portions of your real property (including driveways, exterior walkways, side yards, and alleyways) solely as required to maneuver designated waste containers.
- Gate Codes & Latches: If your containers reside behind a fence or gate, you agree to provide working gate codes or combination padlock codes. Our personnel will make every reasonable effort to close and latch gates upon entry and exit.
- Pre-Existing Gate Conditions: Out 'N In Bins is not responsible for wear, sagging, latch misalignment, or failure of gates that were deteriorated or improperly installed prior to service.
3. Animal & Pet Safety Policy
For the safety of our personnel and your pets, all dogs must be kept inside the home or secured in an area separated from the container storage path during our designated rollout and return windows. If unrestrained dogs or aggressive animals are detected on the premises, our runners are instructed not to enter. In such cases, service for that cycle will be bypassed without refund.
4. Prohibited Materials & Bin Overload
Customers agree to comply with City of Grapevine solid waste ordinances and Republic Services container regulations. Our runners will not move containers that:
- Exceed municipal weight limits (typically 175 lbs) or cannot be safely rolled on their built-in wheels.
- Contain hazardous materials, hot ashes/coals, paint, toxic chemicals, biomedical waste, or raw construction debris (concrete/dirt/tile).
- Have broken wheels, split axles, or missing handles that pose a physical hazard to service personnel.
5. Delays by Municipal Hauler / Weather
Out 'N In Bins is an independent service. We do not control the pickup schedule, routing changes, mechanical breakdowns, or severe weather delays of the municipal franchisee (Republic Services). If the municipal collection truck fails to service your street on the scheduled day, we will return your containers after collection occurs or upon notification from you once service resumes.
6. Billing, Subscriptions & Cancellations
- Recurring Billing: Monthly subscription services are billed automatically in advance every 30 days via credit or debit card.
- Vacation Passes: Vacation and temporary passes are one-time charges billed upon booking.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or pause your monthly subscription at any time by providing at least 48 hours notice prior to your next billing cycle. No long-term lock-in contracts apply.
7. Community Hero Discounts & Referral Program
- Hero & Senior Eligibility: We offer a 15% discount ($28.90/mo) to seniors (65+), active duty military, reserves, veterans, first responders (police, fire, EMS), healthcare personnel, and teachers. Customers claiming this discount certify eligibility upon registration. Out 'N In Bins reserves the right to request proof of service or age.
- Street Cluster & Neighbor Referrals: Referral credits ($10 credit per referred household) and Street Cluster rates ($29/mo) apply to active, contiguous neighborhood routes. Referral credits have no cash redemption value and apply exclusively as billing credits toward active service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Texas law, Out 'N In Bins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our aggregate liability for any direct property damage caused by proven gross negligence of our personnel shall be limited to the total amount paid by the customer for services during the preceding three (3) months.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms shall be settled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
